1. Returns Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, returned within 30 days, with proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email returns@edendelight.uk with your order number. We respond within 2 business days. Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Faulty Items

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
