We want you to love your packing cubes. If you are not completely happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Your legal right to cancel (UK customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Our 30-day returns window is in addition to, and does not reduce, this right.
How to return an item
- Email support@edendelight.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we use more than one fulfilment location.
- Pack items securely in their original condition – unused, unwashed and with any original packaging.
- Send the parcel using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Refunds
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or proof that you sent it back).
- If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
- If you return a change-of-mind item, the cost of return postage is paid by you.
- Items that are faulty, damaged or not as described are refunded or replaced in full, including return postage.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund – often without needing the item back.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or size? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, toiletry pouches that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
