These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on edendelight.uk. The website is operated by Eden Delight Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16746576), registered office 141 Alexandra Road, Grimsby, England, DN31 1RL. Contact: support@edendelight.uk. Please read these terms before placing an order.
1. Orders and contract
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will refund you in full.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Your card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee if your card is not in GBP.
3. Products
We make every effort to display product colours and dimensions accurately. Small variations in colour and size (up to 1–2 cm) may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia. Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations and returns
You may cancel and return your order in line with our Refund & Returns Policy. UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery; we extend this to 30 days.
6. Faulty goods and your statutory rights
If you are a UK consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Consumers in other countries also keep the rights given to them by their local consumer laws.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our products are for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Eden Delight Limited or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland as applicable. Customers outside the UK keep the benefit of mandatory consumer protections in their country of residence.
